Applications for enrollment from non-resident students
Portage Public Schools is accepting applications for enrollment from non-resident students residing in a school district located in any contiguous intermediate district (outside of Kalamazoo County). At this time, enrollment is open for all grades and schools within Portage Public Schools District.
Parents or guardians interested in submitting an application for enrollment under the provisions of this program for the must submit a completed Portage Public Schools School of Choice Section 105c application form to the Office of the Superintendent, 8111 S. Westnedge Ave, Portage, MI 49002. Please call 323-5148 for information on how to receive and process an application.
